first, asparin and ibuprofen are different, if you eat a bunch of asparin, it will eat your stomach lining, VERY PAINFULL, but will NOT kill you.
basicly anything you take too much of, your body will get rid of to save itself.

it will depend on body weight, reduced tolerance for NSAIDS, allergic reactions to ingredients, etc.

it depends on the weight of the person, the dose of the pills and the persons tolerance. There is no set number of pills. Just like drinking..what makes one person drunk, wont for everyone. Sorry
