Abilify and Zoloft? Anyone with good experience to share?

I take zoloft for anxiety & depression it seems to work well & I will always stay to it. There have been no side effects for me.

My mom however takes Cymbalta & she feels the same way about it so u may want to consider it.

I would just ask u Psychiatrist & get his opinion on it.
If the zoloft is not working u may want to ask about a higher Mg pill. I take 100 Mg myself & it works well for me. I think it may go up to a 150 but I am not sure.

I am on Zoloft right now and getting great results, however, when I tried Abilify.it was not a good experience. I would get severe headache and pain in the base of my neck, by my brain stem area. It would trigger my mania too. I eventually wound up on Lamictal.
Of course it might be different for you, as your doctor.

I had a bad reaction to Abilify.not saying this will happen to you, seeing as I believe I was over-dosed at a mental institution.but it is something to consider

I was feeling nauseated after taking my first does of abilify, I was in group therapy when I got really dizzy stood up to get a drink of water & vomited so much that I was dry heaving at the end. They took my BP & pulse & my pulse was 143 (should be normally in the 70')
I now have permanent visual disturbances & my entire body shakes like a post-seizure epileptic

this was last december that it happened.
my pulse does not get lower than upper 80 is when I am resting.

When I had a eating disorder a few years ago I was prescibed zoloft by my psychiatrist. And I think by taking it it really helped me, because it changed my mood about eating and becoming healthy again.I would defiantly recommend it
