Does any one know what time of day youre suppose to take Zoloft or antidepressants???

everyone is affected differently. My doctor said to start taking them at nite and see how you react. If you do not sleep then take them a little earlier and from there just keep trying until you figure out what works best. But only change the time by like 2-3 hours because it is suppose to be taken around the same time every day so you do not want to change the time dramatically. good luck.

I take them at night before I go to bed. I used to take them in the morning but I would have strange cravings through the day and I gained fifteen pounds. Now that I take them at night, Im ok the next day. I already lost five pounds. It was either that or stopping the sertraline and being miserable. Good luck 2u.

It should be taken in the morning because it can casue insomnia
