my doctor had me go down from 50mg and bumped down to 25mg.
its day 5 on 25mg. no severe symptoms. just a headache, weird vision, and l just feel a little ''off''.
how long should these symptoms last before l level off and feel normal again and go down another dose?
I felt a little ''off'' for a good month after stopping the zoloft. Zoloft was by far the hardest thing to get off of. You will feel 100% better in the end, though! I felt like a zombie for what felt like forever until one day (about a month after stopping) I ''alive'' again.

My doctor got me off Zoloft right away by switching me to Celexa. He said that would prevent withdrawl effects. I took Celexa for a month. It worked. Then he stopped the Celexa and I had no withdrawl effects at all.
I never could line out on Zoloft. At first I could not sleep, then a month later I could not stay awake. Stomach issues the whole time. I finally took myself off of them after two months. It was prescribed for anxiety and depression which it definitely helped. I have not had any relapses since and it is been almost a year.
